“On April 1st, 2021 Ebimene Abaka (Small Fire) shot and killed Frank Seide at the Bilabiri concrete jetty and almost got his body dismembered if not for some brave youths who carried the corpse and fled into the bush, because it will be sacrilegious to do such a thing”.

The allegations further stated that “the community is under siege as many persons who are against the terror acts of Ebimene Abaka aka Small Fire and his notorious gang have fled the town for fear of being killed or attacked. We cannot allow a criminal gang to take over our ancestral patrimony”.

“Tekena Abaka is threatening everyone in the community that he will not handover after the expiration of his tenure in December, in fact that was why Frank Seide was killed by his elder brother, Ebimene Abaka (Small Fire) because they want to forcefully extend his chairmanship against the wish of the community “.

“Ebimene Abaka (Small Fire) claimed that David Lyon, the erstwhile Governor elect of Bayelsa State, gave him a contract in the oil and gas sector, hence the armed militants were invited to the community for the job.We wonder if armed criminal gang work for David Lyon?.
