The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Media, Comrade Michael Ikeogwu, has described the Governor of the Year Award conferred on Governor Sheriff Oborevwori by ThisDay/Arise TV as a well-deserved recognition of his unwavering commitment to transforming Delta State.
