The Network Of Information Communication and Technology Dealers Association (NICTDA), have Congratulated Chief (Mrs.) Shimite Bello, aka. Madam Sabificate, the immediate past Executive Assistant on Export Initiatives, Coordinator UNIDO Center And Executive Secretary Small and Medium Micro Enterprise in the last Administration, on her appointment as Special Adviser by His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F. O. Oborevwori, the Governor of Delta State.
